AAG offers a Pre-Team and Recreational Team options, which focuses on skill development for competitive gymnastics, contact us at team@aag-stl.com for more information.

Competitive Team Options

USAG Xcel Girls Competitive Team

• Ages 5 years & up

• Unsanctioned Xcel Bronze and sanctioned Silver, Gold & Platinum

• Practices 4-16 hours/week

• 4-6 Local competitions a year

• Optional out of state competition

• Xcel Silver, Gold and Platinum Teams will compete at Mo State Meet

USAG Levels 3-10 Girls Competitive Team

• Ages 4 years & up

• Sanctioned levels 3-10

• Competes at local, regional and national meets
